At Mr.COM, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Domestic Orders (Sri Lanka):
    • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • International Orders:
    • International orders are eligible for returns within 21 days of receipt. The same return conditions apply (item must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition).
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Contact us at info@mrcom.lk or call our customer service team at (+94) 717-244 144 within the applicable return period. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Ship the Item
    After your return is authorized, securely package the item and send it to the return address we provide. For international returns, please include a customs declaration to avoid delays.
  3. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds

  • Full Refunds will be issued for items that meet our return criteria.
  • Partial Refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be given the option of a refund or store credit.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
